One of my favorite restaurants in Rome is Gino's. Every trip I try to make it there at least once and I'm never disappointed. The food is delicious, the service is great, and the prices are reasonable.

The menu at Gino's has many seasonal dishes including this delicious Chicory side dish. This is actually the best Chicory I have ever eaten.

Don't worry about selecting the wine. Just order the house red or white. They are great!

Gino's is tucked away on a little side street only about a ten minute walk from the Pantheon.
If you have trouble locating it just look for this little sign or ask a local.

It's been reservation only since I discovered Gino's a few years ago so be sure to call or stop in to put your name in well in advance of your visit.

Small and charming with plenty of Gino's history on the walls.

This is so typical of small Italian restaurants. Tables squeezed in where ever they can find room. This one located just in front of the register.

When in season you must try the Roman artichokes. Marinated in olive oil these are prepared Roman style which is my favorite way to eat artichokes.

The lamb on the menu is super! Prepared perfectly! If you like lamb you will really enjoy this dish.
