Pickpocket Warnings at the Louvre

While waiting in line to get into the Louvre Museum in Paris you are greeted with these signs warning to beware of pickpockets. Although I have never had an issue with pickpockets I have friends who have. Nothing puts a damper on the excitement of going into the Louvre like these signs and what they represent. While on vacation anywhere you have to be cautious and aware of your surroundings.
